Our Home Care Department is a fully licensed home health care agency that will coordinate services providing the patient with a competent, compassionate caregiver with appropriate skills and experience that will assure quality care.

We provide solutions to the Rochester Community’s in-home care needs through:

- Employees who have been screened to meet our rigid employment standards
Registered Nurses who :
- Implement physician care plans;
- Provide care renewal documentation
Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses who:
- Administer medications;
- Assist physicians and registered nurses
Certified Home Health Aides trained to :
- Assist patients with their daily living activities
- Provide advanced observation and specialized patient care
Personal Care providers who assist with bathing and other hygienic needs
