Training Department

The training department at Rural Metro Medical Services of Rochester is ever growing and expanding to bring you the newest and best training opportunities. Our wide variety of course offerings are brought to you by some of the areas greatest EMS educators.

Here at Rural Metro Medical Services of Rochester we offer courses from The American Heart Association such as, Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider (CPR), Pediatric Advanced Life Support, and Advanced Cardiac Life Support, as well as International Trauma Life Support. Rural Metro Rochester offers a progressive Defensive Driving Program developed here at Rural Metro Rochester using actual Drive Cam footage from Rochester crews. This Defensive Driving Program has been taught all over the United States.

Original Continuing Medical Education courses that are taught on a monthly basis cover Basic to Critical Care Paramedic and all levels in between.
