Rural/Metro is the official 911 ambulance service provider for the City of Rochester, but also provides back-up service and mutual aid for Monroe County volunteer agencies. We also work closely with local hospitals, long term care facilities, and other health care providers to provide high quality care at an affordable cost to the community.
More than 400 employees work hard every day as Paramedics, EMT's, Dispatchers, Mechanics, VST's, Home Health Aides and Support staff for our organization. Our offices are located in downtown Rochester at our new facility on West Avenue.
